The Invisible Illness Anthologies hope to raise awareness and explore how people express their experiences with mental illness in a visual way.
An important part of our message is how mental health issues are something that affect us all, and we want to give a voice to different kinds of minority groups as well. We are very much for the LGBTQIA+ community, people of colour, and just your average guy, anyone, everyone, to express themselves. We want to signal that we’re all in this together, and we try our best to have each artist team reflect that with the variety they bring in.
We’re also not particular on any kind of style or medium of expression - when looking for participants for an anthology, the key element we are after is conveyance rather than technique or a specific style.
To get in touch with us, you can always send us an email, or ask us anything on social media.

Memokkeen and Sofie Wikström do all the heavy lifting behind the Invisible Illness anthologies. We headhunt the artists, assemble the books, run the Kickstarters and maintain our social media.
So if you have any questions, we’re your guys!
